ORDERS
You will find the green WhatsApp button on every page of this site. Clicking it takes you straight to our customer service, where you can place your order by message. If you don't use WhatsApp, you can order by phone or by email.
Unfortunately not. We sell the materials you need to make paracord accessories, but we don't sell finished items apart from everything you'll find in the ''MADE BY US'' section of the menu.
SHIPPING
In 99% of cases we ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. We ship from Sicily, and delivery (the time your parcel spends travelling from our warehouse to your door) usually takes 48 hours, Saturdays and Sundays excluded. As soon as your order leaves us, our courier will email you a link so you can track the shipment. We ship with GLS courier to all 27 European Union countries. We do not ship outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed (Saturdays and Sundays excluded). At busy times of year such as Black Friday or Christmas, shipping times may vary slightly. So if your order is a gift or has to arrive by a particular date, we recommend contacting us via the WhatsApp button before you order and we'll find the right solution for you.
As soon as your order leaves us you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a link to track your shipment.
Ten years of experience have taught us that cash on delivery isn't a secure method, either for us or for our customers. To guarantee maximum safety and protection for both sides, we recommend paying through one of our secure online payment methods.

Our paracord 550 type III is a technical cord 4 mm in diameter with a breaking strength of up to 250 kg. Originally used for parachute suspension lines (which is where the name comes from), today it serves as an all-purpose cord for outdoor activities and much more. The idea behind a paracord bracelet (or accessory) is very simple: always keep a useful length of paracord within reach so that, when needed, you can unravel the accessory and use the cord in any emergency.
Blacksquirrel paracord is genuine Paracord 550 type III for civilian use and holds up to 250 kg. That said, we strongly advise against using it to lift or support people or animals: a body falling even a few metres can generate a load up to 10 times its own weight.
RETURNS
Under consumer law, when buying online you have the right to withdraw without penalty and without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you take physical possession of the goods. If you'd like to return a product, just email us or use the WhatsApp button on the site and we'll explain how to proceed. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. As soon as we receive the item or items and have checked that everything is intact, we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding the shipping costs incurred.
