Every item we make ourselves, whether a bracelet, watch strap, keychain or anything else, is handmade once you order it, apart from those ready for immediate dispatch (where expressly stated). This approach means real care goes into every detail, but it also means a wait of between 3 and 10 days. At especially busy times, such as Christmas or Black Friday, this may take longer still. READY TO SHIP
Every item held in stock, such as DIY kits, buckles, jigs and so on, is carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of your order, barring the unexpected. DELIVERY TIMES
All our items are sent by express courier. Orders within Italy are handled by GLS, with estimated delivery in 24-48 hours (48-72 hours for the islands).
For shipments within Europe we also use GLS, which guarantees delivery within 3-5 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive the tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
If nobody is there to receive it, the courier will leave the parcel at a GLS Parcel Shop. In that case you'll get an email notification and can collect it whenever suits you.
