MADE TO ORDER
Every item we make ourselves, whether a bracelet, watch strap, keychain or anything else, is handmade once you order it, apart from those ready for immediate dispatch (where expressly stated). This approach means real care goes into every detail, but it also means a wait of between 3 and 10 days. At especially busy times, such as Christmas or Black Friday, this may take longer still. For more details, please get in touch using the WhatsApp button on our site.
READY TO SHIP
Every item held in stock, such as DIY kits, buckles, jigs and so on, is carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of your order, barring the unexpected. Depending on what time you order and when the courier collects, your parcel will go out the same day or the next. For further details, please get in touch using the WhatsApp button on our site.
DELIVERY TIMES
All our orders are shipped with the express courier GLS.
Within Italy, delivery generally takes 48-72 hours in 90% of cases, and within 96 hours in 99% of cases.
Within Europe, delivery takes 3-5 working days.
Courier delays can happen that are beyond our control and that we cannot guarantee against.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive the tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
If nobody is there to receive it, the courier will leave the parcel at a GLS Parcel Shop. In that case you'll get an email notification and can collect it whenever suits you.
