The BioThane® Beta is one of the most popular choices among makers of professional dog collars, leashes and pet accessories.
Thanks to its special Beta® finish, it’s the material in the BioThane range that comes closest to the look and feel of natural leather, while keeping all the benefits of modern synthetic materials.
The surface has a matte, leather-effect texture, soft to the touch and particularly flexible even at low temperatures. This makes BioThane Beta ideal for making:

With a width of 25 mm and a thickness of about 2.5 mm, this material offers a perfect balance of comfort, strength and easy workability.
The high-strength polyester inner core, coated with a special polymer coating, delivers a breaking strength of around 454 kg (1000 lbs), making it suitable even for energetic dogs and intensive use.

READY TO SHIP
Every item held in stock, such as DIY kits, buckles, jigs and so on, is carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of your order, barring the unexpected. DELIVERY TIMES
All our items are sent by express courier. Orders within Italy are handled by GLS, with estimated delivery in 24-48 hours (48-72 hours for the islands).
For shipments within Europe we also use GLS, which guarantees delivery within 3-5 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive the tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
If nobody is there to receive it, the courier will leave the parcel at a GLS Parcel Shop. In that case you'll get an email notification and can collect it whenever suits you.
