Every item held in stock, such as DIY kits, buckles, jigs and so on, is carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of your order, barring the unexpected. All our orders are shipped with the express courier GLS.
Within Italy, delivery generally takes 48-72 hours in 90% of cases, and within 96 hours in 99% of cases.
Within Europe, delivery takes 3-5 working days.
Courier delays can happen that are beyond our control and that we cannot guarantee against.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive the tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
If nobody is there to receive it, the courier will leave the parcel at a GLS Parcel Shop. In that case you'll get an email notification and can collect it whenever suits you.
