Si vous faites de l&rsquo;artisanat et r\u00e9alisez des produits faits main, l&rsquo;une des questions que vous vous posez sans doute le plus souvent est : <strong>\u00e0 quel prix vendre vos produits ?<\/strong> Combien faire payer un objet artisanal ? Comment calculer le juste prix d&rsquo;un produit fait main ? Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de bracelets en paracord, de bijoux en r\u00e9sine, de bougies parfum\u00e9es, de drag\u00e9es personnalis\u00e9es, d&rsquo;objets en macram\u00e9, de sculptures en bois, de tasses personnalis\u00e9es, de tableaux peints \u00e0 la main, d&rsquo;accessoires en cuir ou de toute autre cr\u00e9ation handmade, le juste prix est essentiel pour obtenir un revenu correct et valoriser votre travail. Fixer un prix adapt\u00e9, ce n&rsquo;est pas seulement couvrir ses co\u00fbts : c&rsquo;est aussi donner de la valeur \u00e0 son temps et \u00e0 sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, sans d\u00e9valoriser son travail. Dans cet article, je vous explique, selon mon exp\u00e9rience, la m\u00e9thode pour fixer le prix de vos cr\u00e9ations artisanales et la strat\u00e9gie que j&rsquo;ai adopt\u00e9e en 2015, quand j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des accessoires en paracord en amateur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qui suis-je ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour ceux qui ne me connaissent pas, je m&rsquo;appelle Vincenzo et je suis le fondateur de Blacksquirrel Paracord Italia, une boutique en ligne sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la vente de mat\u00e9riaux et d&rsquo;accessoires pour r\u00e9aliser des bracelets et des porte-cl\u00e9s en paracord. La premi\u00e8re question \u00e0 se poser est : <strong>comment est-ce que j&rsquo;aborde cette activit\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Je le fais en amateur ? (march\u00e9s, ventes aux amis et \u00e0 la famille)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Je veux arrondir mes fins de mois ?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Je lance une activit\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selon la situation, le co\u00fbt du produit fini varie. En amateur, les co\u00fbts principaux sont au nombre de deux : <strong>le co\u00fbt du mat\u00e9riel et le temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 le r\u00e9aliser<\/strong>. On peut \u00e9ventuellement y ajouter le co\u00fbt de l&#8217;emballage (packaging). Si vous avez une activit\u00e9 structur\u00e9e, il faut en revanche compter le loyer, les imp\u00f4ts, les salari\u00e9s, les fournitures et les autres frais fixes.<\/p>\n<p>Autre facteur important : le march\u00e9 vis\u00e9. Si vous vendez sur des plateformes comme Etsy ou via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, tenez compte des commissions pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es. Si vous avez un site e-commerce, incluez les frais de gestion du site et de publicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Exemple pratique de calcul du prix<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Prenons un cas concret : un <strong>bracelet Cobra<\/strong>, l&rsquo;un des mod\u00e8les de bracelets en paracord les plus r\u00e9pandus. Cet exemple concerne la vente en amateur, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire sans structure d&rsquo;entreprise ni activit\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e, et vise \u00e0 montrer comment fixer un prix adapt\u00e9 en tenant compte uniquement du mat\u00e9riel et de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"true\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>Co\u00fbt du mat\u00e9riel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Paracord : 0,60 \u20ac le m\u00e8tre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Longueur du bracelet : 2,5 m\u00e8tres<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Co\u00fbt du paracord : <strong>1,50 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Boucle : <strong>0,30 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Total mat\u00e9riel<\/strong> : <strong>1,80 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Co\u00fbt de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Tarif hypoth\u00e9tique : <strong>14 \u20ac de l&rsquo;heure<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1 heure = 60 minutes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>0,24 \u20ac la minute<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Temps de r\u00e9alisation : <strong>15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Co\u00fbt de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre<\/strong> : <strong>3,60 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prix total :<\/strong> 1,80 \u20ac (mat\u00e9riel) + 3,60 \u20ac (main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre) = <strong>5,40 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pour d\u00e9gager une marge, on arrondit le prix. Ici, on pourrait vendre le bracelet <strong>6 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;on ajoute un emballage personnalis\u00e9 qui co\u00fbte 1 \u20ac, plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;augmenter le prix de ce seul montant, on pourrait le porter \u00e0 <strong>8-10 \u20ac<\/strong>. Comme je jouais \u00e0 l&rsquo;airsoft, ma cible \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien d\u00e9finie, et mes co\u00e9quipiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mes premiers clients.<\/p>\n<p>En vendant \u00e0 bas prix, j&rsquo;arrivais \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre le produit. \u00c0 mesure que la demande augmentait, j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 relever progressivement mes prix, avec le m\u00eame engagement et la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riel, mais un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice plus important.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous vendez des produits artisanaux sur commande, vous pourriez adopter une strat\u00e9gie similaire : commencer avec des prix comp\u00e9titifs, puis les augmenter progressivement \u00e0 mesure que votre client\u00e8le grandit.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, apr\u00e8s 10 ans d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, je ne r\u00e9alise plus de bracelets \u00e0 la main : je m&rsquo;occupe uniquement de la vente des mat\u00e9riaux. Cette strat\u00e9gie m&rsquo;a pourtant permis de grandir et de transformer une passion en v\u00e9ritable business.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous voulez vendre vos cr\u00e9ations artisanales avec succ\u00e8s, vous devez tenir compte non seulement des co\u00fbts, mais aussi de la valeur per\u00e7ue par vos clients.
